Bridgerton Estate features a very unique, eclectic mix of traditional and contemporary styles. The overall effect is both elegant and comfortable. Furnishings are luxurious but not over the top, with a focus on comfort as well as looks.

There are plenty of rich wood tones and heavy fabrics used throughout, along with clean lines and modern touches. Accessories include lots of antiques mixed in with more recent pieces, plus intriguing sculptures or objects d’art placed here and there to add a visual interior.

When you first walk into the estate, the grandeur of its design is evident. The two-story marble foyer with its sweeping staircase is breathtaking. However, even more, impressive is the way that each individual room within the house has been decorated with such care and attention to detail.

The traditional elements in Bridgerton Estate are most apparent in the formal living and dining rooms. Here you will find richly carved wood furniture, delicate fabric draperies, and ornate ceiling plasterwork.

But while these rooms may appear somewhat stuffy at first glance, a closer inspection reveals that they possess an underlying sense of warmth and comfort which makes them truly inviting spaces to relax in.

In contrast to these stately formal areas, other sections of Bridgerton show off a more contemporary flair.

The family room features sleek modern furniture, as well as a large flat-screen TV, mounted on one wall – perfect for enjoying some downtime after a long day’s work or hosting friends for movie night!

Bridgerton Interior Design is Inspiration by The Netflix Film Bridgerton

Netflix’s original film, Bridgerton, is an adaptation of Julie Quinn’s best-selling novel of the same name. The story revolves around the Bridgerton family and their lives in London during the early 1800s.

While much has been said about the acting and pacing of the film, one aspect that has gone somewhat overlooked is its exquisite interior design. Each room in Bridgerton is richly detailed and styled after Georgian-era Britain.

From start to finish, every scene feels like a feast for your eyes! Let’s take a closer look at some key elements of Bridgiton’s interior design:

Color Palette

The predominant colors used in Bridgerton are muted golds, greens, and ivories – all very typical colors for this time period. This creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the home.

Wallpaper & Fabrics Fabric wall coverings were popular among wealthy homeowners during Georgian times due to their ability to hide dirt easily (something that was quite important back then!).

Most fabrics were patterned with floral or paisley designs; both prints can be seen frequently throughout Bridgerton’s interiors. Murano Glass Chandelier

Murano glass chandeliers are a work of art in and of themselves. They can be found in churches, government buildings, palaces, and other grandiose structures around the world. The Murano glassmakers’ craftsmanship is evident in these chandeliers with their intricate designs and delicate details.
