A Step-By-Step Guide to a Clean House

Even if cleaning the house is tiring and time-consuming, we have no choice now. For our and other people’s safety, we have to do that. At this point you have got two options; one you can hire a professional cleaning service or do it yourself. Hiring a professional cleaning service is neither economical nor a safe idea, therefore I suggest you do it yourself.

Not sure where to start? Or how to do it? Well, cleaning a house is not that hard, here is the step-by-step guide.

  • Start with vacuuming and dusting
  • Organize things up
  • Clean mirrors, doors, walls, bathtubs, sinks, and countertops
  • Disinfect the entire house or the hotspots
  • Clean the cleaning tools and put them back in their place

Start with Vacuuming and Dusting

If you do not want to waste a lot of time and clean harder, you should always start with vacuuming and dusting. Vacuuming and dusting would get rid of most of the dirt and debris, you will have more time on focusing and cleaning properly. So, tune up your vacuum first and start vacuuming. Once the vacuuming is done, dust thoroughly.

Organize Things up

The more disorganized your house is, the harder it would become to clean. Therefore, what you have to do now is collect and put things back in their places. It might require half an hour to an hour. However, it would make cleaning and disinfecting the house hassle-free.

Now that the house has already started looking pretty clean, it’s high time to shift your focus to cleaning mirrors, doors, walls, bathtubs, sinks, and countertops.

These are the few parts of our houses where we get to see strains quite often. Use a magic eraser or microfiber cloth to get done with the job quickly and efficiently.

Disinfect the Entire House or The Hotspots

The house cleaning is almost done. If coronavirus was not surging again, you would have put your cleaning tools back in their place. However, unfortunately, the reality is quite opposite so disinfecting the house.

If it’s daunting, try disinfecting the countertops, door knobs, appliances, switches, TV, remote, and your phones at least. You can use a ready-made disinfectant or e apple cider vinegar and water for the purpose.

Clean the Cleaning Tools and Put Them Back in Their Place

We use a lot of cleaning tools these days, and cleaning these tools is equally important otherwise you would be spreading germs everywhere around. So thoroughly clean all the cleaning tools and put them back in their place.

A friendly suggestion; cleaning is tiring and time-consuming therefore try including your partner in the mission. You would enjoy cleaning and disinfecting the house and surely get done early.
