Regardless of whether you are looking for a luxury property in Dubai or want to seal an amazing real estate deal somewhere in Florida, you will instantly have a set of rules and a certain mindset that will have their roots in your generation’s outlook.

One of the most challenging age groups is represented by millennials because they are not looking for castles or endless acres if it does not represent functionality.

What makes them stop and take a second look is a complex set of aspects that will include location, environmental factors , accessibility, and the use of modern technology.

It is all about living a normal life without limitations of any kind. In simple terms, if it has some use and works for them, they will become interested and inspired!

Things Millennials Look for When Choosing Luxury Properties

Good Space for Work

Since we are dealing with rich Millenials, they will need a comfortable space where they can work or study. It may be a part of the large living room space or a special zone that will resemble a small office with all the technology involved.

As a rule, there will be young parents working from home or students, which is why one of the priorities may be turning an existing bedroom into a cozy office space. If there are young children, there should be small play zones and security measures.

Technology Aspect

The majority of millennials will ask for AI-based tools and smart technologies that will control all the possible aspects of their property. Starting with the music home centers to alarm notifications, it will always be in the top five list of requests.

Therefore, it is vital to learn about how to represent this or that technology to make the millennials inspired.

As an option, one may approach an essay writing services to create a presentation or collect additional technical information about a certain property. The millennials need to see and hear the benefits as they will rarely list their objectives first!

Entertainment Zones

If there is one factor that will always come first, it is entertainment like home cinema, a private place to play high fidelity quality music, or a bar lounge where one can discuss various proposals with the business partners.

It may include both interior and outside zones, depending on location, yet the practice shows that millennials would rather choose private spaces where they can have some peace and privacy. As for the young parents, there will be requests for children’s playground zones, which is why zone-based planning will always remain essential.

Open-Concept Kitchens

While millennials will ask for a coffee machine and a pizza oven first, they will care for how their kitchen looks. It is one of the reasons why they will consider an open concept where they can cook, have a quick nice meal, and continue with their work and studies.

The purpose is to help them feel that the kitchen is a part of the house that does not represent an isolated space.

Frank Hamilton, an experienced writer at SupremeDissertations, says, “As some millennials will prefer studying in the kitchen as they have a snack, they need an open space with sufficient light and amenities to compose their best essays.

While there is no universal success formula here, one thing is for certain – give them enough space and coffee and things will work!”

Pool & Sauna

Looking for a luxury property in Dubai or other locations in the UAE, it is essential to focus on the presence of a pool and sauna.

What makes millennials different in their preferences is the automation of the pool, the presence of night lights, various multimedia solutions, and fancy design.

Just like with a bathroom, millennials will care for the looks more than for the actual space. As for the pool and sauna, it is necessary to show only those real estate proposals that look impressive as it is what will work as a buyer’s hook.

Gym & Leisure

The majority of millennials live a busy schedule, which is why visiting specialized gyms is not always possible. It is one of the reasons why a private gym space is often encountered among property requests.

One of the most important aspects here is the use of SMART technologies that will send notifications and control the interior climate among other things.

Location

Most importantly, location will always play a crucial role for the millennials as they will focus not only on the transportation factors but also on walkability and being able to have a walk around.

Regardless of whether they want to have a beautiful view or think about a luxury walking area nearby, they will always look beyond the land plot itself.

Simplicity & Technology Matters

Contrary to the popular belief, millennials that prefer luxury property, especially in the Middle East, usually do not want to keep things complex.

If there is a chance to go outside and have beautiful views while keeping it modest, they will happily accept it! At the same time, they will ask for technology solutions.

For example, the proposals that have good security and simplicity will play an essential role for them because they do not want to go beyond their comfort zone. They prefer to have it all within a hand’s reach, yet it should not be over the edge.

An only exception would relate to infrastructure objects like saunas and pools where they won’t settle for anything less than the latest innovations.

It will always remain in contrast with their home property style and all the additional features that will have to be different because they approach it just like visiting a waterpark.

The tricky part is to let them have their safe space first and then offer something special where the latest technology will meet their demands.
