Cleaning Checklist to Always Remember When Cleaning Your House

A cleaning checklist usually involves two environments. Tidying up residential houses is far more detailed than cleaning in commercial homes.

To get you started, make sure you have these competent cleaners such as rags, mops, dustpan, vacuum cleaner, microfiber cloths, and scrub brush.

House cleaning services start by cleaning the most difficult room first. You can start that way too.

The bathroom may be the littlest room in your house but the most time consuming to clean. Afterward, cleaning other rooms will seem easier.

Bathroom Cleaning Chore List

  • Remove all items from its usual spot and begin by wiping down bathroom surfaces and little fixtures that need scrubbing.
  • Wash the bathroom rugs, towels, and shower curtains and replace them with new ones.
  • Grab your dusters and remove cobwebs in the ceiling, room corners, and on light fixtures, including the vents. Pick up hair and other rubbish that is accumulating on drains.
  • Get and apply acid-based cleaners to thoroughly clean buildup in showers, especially if it has been a while since you last clean. Wipe all walls, floors, and other surfaces with the all-purpose cleaner before you start rinsing.
  • Clean the toilet by scrubbing with the all-purpose cleaner. Once done, wipe with a clean and dry cloth.
  • Mop the floor with a cleaning solution and organize your vanity area. Be sure to wipe the surface before assembling your things.

Kitchen Cleaning Chore List

  • Clear the decks. Put away all the items that belong in the kitchen and get it back in their proper place after keeping it tidy.
  • Start wiping colored cabinets; scrub it entirely with cleaning cloth. A proper technique is to heat a damp sponge and squirt with some citrus-based cleaner.
  • Throw expired foods from the refrigerator. Wipe down from top to button and remove buildups with a rag dump with an all-purpose cleaner.
  • Dust all surfaces and wash dirty dishes or appliances (e.g., microwave, coffeemaker)

Bedroom Cleaning Chore List

  • Declutter and bring it back. Throw used clothes into the laundry. Clean all surfaces and dust every corner.
  • If you have ceiling fans, start with that first so dirt will not fall off. You can use old clothes to wipe or dust the fan blades.
  • Spend extra time vacuuming under the beds and behind pieces of furniture.
  • Remake your bed. Your room will feel different, so try out something new.
  • Start reorganizing your things. Always remember to focus more on functionality than room aesthetics.
